The software in default package can support North American Hyundai & Kia only, if you want to work on European Hyundai cars too, please buy this software together.

how does one install on the computer, is this a standalone version where one runs the program from the hard drive or is this a manual install of the program

these two software need to be installed to the computer, there are insturction videos of installation, just need to do as the videos, if you still have problems on the installation, you can install teamviewer on your computer, then send us teamview ID and Password to us. Our tech will install the softwares for you.
So don't worry about the installation.
